Noticed that the L&K Octy2 estate ABS brake module has a feature entitled 'Brake Wiping'.

I assume this is similar to the BMW system whereby the Rain Sensor on the windscreen informs the brakes to wipe any moisture build-up on the disks.

My VAG COM says that this is disabled at the moment.

Anyone tried or succeeded in enabling this function.

Maybe an adaption channel that could be recommended.

It's a standard feature of the ESP system. I don't know for a fact, but I suspect that enabling it on an ABS-only brake system might not work correctly. ABS is not designed to brake on its own, that's "ESP only" and requires different components...

The module is an MK60, the car is fitted with ESP and hill-assist.

VAG com reports this as disabled along with the'trailer stabilisation'

I feel that the option is there to be turned on, however I just dont know how.

Anybody?
