This has developed over the past few days, seems to be originating from the tailgate area (as far as I can tell, when driving along). Any idea what it might be? Anyone with a similar issue? Sounds like it's metal on metal.

Tends to be at lower speeds; can't detect it above 50-ish.

The plastic trim is held on with clips. Clips which are crap IMHO and can come loose.

You had the cover off recently?
