Yes the Leon ones do (as do the AP racing ones on the Ibiza Cupra) I had them on mine. But you need 17's with enough room to clear the caliper.

But in seriousness, as mentioned above, 17s are a must, and possibly spacers. I needed 15mm ones to give ample clearance for my wheels.

I got some two days ago, not had a chance to fit them yet but will do over the next few days.

Alternatively you can get the Neuspeed rebranded Brembo GTs from the states for about £700 all in.......
