Where can I purchase a stereo removal key, and what sort do I need?

Does anyone have any recommendations for the most straightforward aftermarket stereo to fit (preferably including Bluetooth) to the MK1 Octavia.

You can use a junior hacksaw blade, cut in half. Slide one half into the little slot on either side of the sterio and then pull the unit out....
