Dear all,

I have just learnt that my Fab 1.4 8v had a defective clutch release bearing causing it to wear out at 58000 km. The clutch sounds kind of funny when the pedal is released and goes away when depressed. Also I cannot accelerate and change gear too fast as the car will be screeching away when the clutch pedal is being released. I have been quoted 78 pounds for a complete set.

Anyone can share their experience with their clutches?
