Does anyone know if Maxi-Dot can be fitted to the Fabia vRS?

Dont think so, which is a shame.

i think it can, i'm sure there was something recently about fitting the different dash cluster , although not 100% sure

Oh i wasnt too sure the early one had a maxi-dot in the range..

Maxidot is fitted as part of the factory fit sat nav option iirc. I think a couple of members were in the process of trying to retrofit it - WW_VRS was toying with it, but not sure how far he'd got....

whats a maxi dot people ??

whats a maxi dot people ??

It's the dot matrix display which sits between the rev counter and speedo where the warning lights sit in non-maxidot cars. In the Octy II it's also a way of navigating menus and configuring options, but I'm not sure that's true of the Fabia one. I've tried googling for an image but not managed to turn anything big enough up to be able to show you....

Chris

The display where all the lights come on when the ignition is first turned on your instrument cluster?

Its that bit, but with better info on it, and pixelated (made up word or what!?)

It has text etc on it instead, looks great, but apart from that....i dont see the point. (IMO)

It exists, but i never have seen one.
