Decide to swap the front indicator bulbs to Philips Silver Visions. I know some of you refer to the standard ones as "fried eggs" and i thought this would be a nice mod to sweeten up the look of the front end of the car. There is still a tiny bit of orange but this is only noticeable in very bright light. Here's a pic before the swap, due to the reflection it only looks like the drivers side is affected....

I replaced the front&rear bulbs with Philips Silver Visions on my vRS... dead easy to do and makes it look alot better..

I found that the Philips bulbs are actually brighter than the standard bulbs as well.

I done this wee mod as well and freshens up the front end a treat

I would advise against Osram Diadems (blue ones)

I've got some in and theyre still orange

I think mine are silver tecs

i got some called enigma and they got a rainbow/oil colour effect

Diadems here and they're fine. Have used them in quite a few cars now and are always only orange when actually indicating

EDIT: Nothing orange about these ones

Haha seems like I bumped this thread. Found it at work and the pics were blocked so I just posted so I could find it easier once at home.

Ive got the rainbow multi coloured ones in the front, just fancied something for the rear
