skoda / vw / audi ipod adaptor

Featured Replies

On vag parts they stock an audi and a vw ipod adaptor, but not a skoda one. I'm just trying to find out which of these will work in a mark one fabia vrs with the bog standard symphony head unit?

Obviously the skoda one will, but can i save myself a few quid by ordering a vw or audi one from vag parts???

cheers.

if you get the wiring diagram off the radio you could make your own lead for a few quid.

How do I "get the wiring diagram off the radio" then?

It will be the same part but may carry a VW logo on the ipod at startup.

You need to be sure to get the Mini ISO version

cheers stu

The official skoda one? Are you sure?

If you can check that's actually what it is and that it works fine I'll have it. Keep in touch!!!

I'd just like to draw your attention to the rules regarding selling on Briskoda. ;)

If you need a hint - your name isn't in green font.

Oh ********!

U need to be freedom or something??

Was only trying to do a favour.

I'll just not offer it to you boys and stick it on ebay

Fair enough

We'll take this to pm to avoid it becoming a 'for sale' thread.

I understand what you were doing and I have also exercised some discression taken the decision not to delete your posts and thus I suspect the deal will go through.

I'm not being a **** and stopping you from helping others I'm simply enforcing the rules to which you will have agreed to when you joined. This ensures equality across the membership and protects the privelages of paying members.

If you have a problem with that then please do feel free to offer it for sale on eBay - You'll still have to pay them though.

Fair enough, i just havent been familiar to paying fee's for selling on forums etc, but i get your point

There isn't a fee for selling here but there is a membership requirement. The £12 annual membership will give you unlimited access to the for sale section as well as other parts of the forum, some discounts and of course will go towards the running costs of this place.

 - If only.

Sadly my services, like the rest of the moderation team, are purely voluntary. I doubt the earnings from this place are going to allow for Colin to retire early and head off to Spain either.

I know ;)

Perhaps Colin should have had a more realistic idea of what he wanted to achieve with the financial rewards of the site? Retiring to Hull may be an option?
