Ice link and Fabia 3 with Dance

Featured Replies

Anyone experience with using an Ice Link and teh Dance stereo in the Fabia? What functionality does it give over just using the aux socket?

Tia.

With icelink you can change tracks with the stereo < and > buttons, where as by using the aux socket you have to hange tracks using the MP3 controls.

Personally I'd stick with the aux socket and change tracks directly on the MP3 player, or set your MP3 player to random tracks.

Also worth remembering the Dance also plays MP3's directly from a CD, displaying the track name, album, and artist information directly on the stereo.

Thanks for that, Des. Not yet got the car so know very little about the built-in ICE.

Follow on question - those with an iPod in the cabin (rather than stealthed away in a glovebox), where have you fixed them and how. Talking Fabia 3 still.

Cheers, Des.

Had a good look at the Roomster yesterday in the dealers - nice car.
