High beam bulbs

Featured Replies

After some high power bulbs for the high beam. I have Osram silverstars for main beam but my high beam is a bit gay so any input is welcome

main beam & high beam are the same thing aren't they?

If the silverstars are dipped beam, I recommend philips rallye bulbs for main beam - they're top notch! (even in a Fabia :P)

edit: they're also illegal too, be warned. :D

???????? Main beam what is the code for it???????

Main beam I think is H7... but not sure - I'd wait for mr SDI TaviaRS to reply - he knows for sure!

IIRC you have H3 main beams in the peasant spec (non-Xenon) Fabia.

Just bought some H1 Bosch 100w ones from Halfords,

yep you do, H3 main beams according to ETKA, just checked.

Ahem see sig ahem cough cough peasant furby err Octy vRs thank you :D

If you are going to the NAtional meet, I will "donate" you some uprated bulbs for the Octy. It only has one bulb in each side.

And yes, they are very very bright! IIRC they are 130w :D

How about I donate the 100w's to a needy Briskodian and mysteriously find some 130s in someone's boot? :D (kidding - but I love the rallye bulbs - top notch!)

Jason, he has an Octy, different bulbs to yours. Octy fogs are the same as Furby main beams.

aaah - ok  What you doing up at quarter to six? The thought of me getting up that early makes me quiver in shock... :D
