I have been seeing advertisements for the removal of stone chip marks from windshields.

The owner of my car previously, must have allowed the windshield wiper arms to scratch the glass, as at the end of the travel of them on the drivers side there are scratches. This is more apparent in sunlight. The person probably did not check the rubber part of the wiper so often.

Does anyone know if it is possible to have scratches removed, similarly to stone chip markings? The scratches are not so bad, but they do not look good.

Jewelers Rouge should remove them. Used by Jewelers to remove scratches from watches ( glass )

Smash it and pay the excess for a new one?

drop an arm on it and get a new one for £60 fitted. Did that to mine unintentionally, least I have no scratches to impair my vision.
