I have an orange livebox, yet in the new place it's not possible to have the main desktop near the router or a phone line.

Now my old Linksys ADSL router/modem doesnt have the feature, but I know some do.

Basically I'd like to connect the desktop and printer to an accesspoint, then link the access point wirelessly to the livebox.

So which access point routers should I be looking at? I know it's possible, as the router pipex send my dad has the function.

If I've understood what you're after doing correctly, you'll need two routers which support WDS...
