Hello all. Just joined this site, seems like a good source for info and kudos from other devotees of the greatest affordable car manufacturer this side of the Slovak Republic.

I bought an Octavia II VRs in black about 4 months ago and am having great fun pelting around the country in it. Only negatives are the fuel economy (a real kick in the nuts after running a TDCi for 4 years!) and the stock Dunlop tyres! Would be grateful if anyone could offer a suggestion of a better replacement with a bit of enurance.
