Sticker request.

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I know that most of you do not know me, and that the following request is well off thread, but it is worth a go anyway, we all have skeletons in our closets....:D

I have found and bought a van, not a Skoda , but as illustrated below.....

Please PM, if you can help, for adress and postage costs.

Here is the details then....

I am busy getting together bits for my Fire truck project.

I was hoping that if any of you have any motorsport type stickers you are not too attached to, that you were prepared to donate to my cause, that you could help here.

I am going to build the van in the style of a race support vehicle from the 60's as it is a 1963 model.

If anyone has stickers to donate, stiff like "STP" as seen on my mate Dave's Van, then please let me know by PM, for details about postage, adress etc.

Pic of Dave's Van as it is now, the trailer he built from a couple of van bodies that were beyond repair. Note "STP" sticker.

PS: Size does not matter.

LOL @ Pinkskud....

It is a 1963 Ford Transit FK1250.

1500cc of pure power @ 50BHP from 4 cylinders.

Predecessor to the modern Transit, built in Germany for European use.

Interestingly, designed by the guy who designed the VW type 1 Camper/ split window bus.

looks like its parked next to a mk 3 tina

There's loads of decent stickers sold on ebay. But you can do no worse than contacting KTP as he does stickers too (and bloody good too :)).

Ford 20M, guess it was sort of pre-Granada.
