Hi from a new octavia scout owner

Featured Replies

Just bought a new octavia scout last friday, as this is my 3rd octavia i needed no encouragement to purchace this beauty and so far it,s lived up to all expectations, cant wait to get it on the rough stuff, the only gripe so far is getting it into first gear first thing in the morning when the engine is cold, as soon as it,s warm i have no problem, I hope it,s just a glitch and i,ll keep an eye on this and hope it,s because it,s so new and will bed in after a few more miles go on the clock, will keep you all posted, has anyone had one of these 2.0 140 bhp tdi engines chipped as i do a thousand miles a week and could do with a way of getting more fuel efficiency if possible, i asked my main daeler and they say it doesn,t affect my warrenty[until it goes wrong]Anyway will give an update in a couple of weeks.

Welcome :)

Welcome

Welcome to briskoda, enjoy your new car.

Welcome :)

I have seen a couple about and they look sweet :)

I hope you've gone for the automatic waterwings option on the Scout BradfordBantem , remembering a certain attempt to float a Felica without success

Give me a call when you need rescuing off the rough stuff.
