Hey up, If anyone is jacking up their car soon are you able to take pictures of exactly where you put the trolley jack (pictures of the jack and any pucks used would be amazing) And where you put the axle stands. I know i’m asking for a lot but if you can show front and rear locations that would be amazing! Quality pictures as well 😀 Cheers 👍

Very confused and apologies if covered elsewhere but can't find it... looking to get a towbar fitted for caravan towing and an independent towbar company is warning about coding and about the rear emergency braking kicking in and not letting me reverse with the caravan in place. Another has said they can fit a towbar but I'd need to take it to a dealer to get it coded. I've contacted my local skoda dealer and they've quoted £1900 for a towbar to be fitted!! I currently got a 2008 octavia vrs but I've become a bit disabled over the years need my hip replaced ect Now I need an automatic and I can get a car on the mobility scheme. Has anyone got experience with this. I like the look of the new leons and noticed you can get them and they cover the insurance and everything. but would i be better off getting a used one and putting the money towards that instead

My recent (non-Skoda) cars have given dashboard warnings when the battery in the key fob runs down. This gives the driver the opportunity to change the battery and to keep the key functional. The battery in my Superb's key fob recently ran down, and it went from fully operational (working the button "plip" as well as the keyless entry) to completely flat during the course of a day at work.
