One observation - The light switch should be removed prior to removing the lower knee trim.

Stu good point - well made. However, I normally don't take the switch out, pull the trim forward and just unplug the cables. However, if you do need to remove the switch first, push the dial in and turn. This will allow the switch to be pulled out first.
