Hi,

I ordered a vRS Combi today . One of the options I wanted was sunset, and I was sure Skoda had made a mistake in their options price list for Ireland, but the dealer checked it with them and it's correct. It's 910 euro for the sunset option here, vs. £200 in the UK. I know there's different VRT and VAT levels, but not that much! At that price I'll be getting it done by a third party tinting company after I get the car. Any recommendations around Dublin ?

Thanks for that. How do the OEM sunshades fit to the windows ?

I've tried the normal cheap suction pad sun shades on my current car, but they don't really work. The sun still got through them and annoyed the baby in the back seat. So I tinted the back windows myself and it made a huge difference. I didn't do a good enough job to want to attempt it myself on the new vRS though!

There might be one or two projects I'll attempt (those door handle lights look cool), but I'll draw the line at replacing all the windows
