Yes 038 253 016 fx is the actual turbo and manifold complete for the asv engine.

I don't know where you got 038 253 019d from? unless its the old one.

So in answer to your question,yes it will fit perfect.

Yes i think it will be ok as far as i can tell the 019D was dropped and replaced by 019DX,so it should be fine,its just an older part.

looking at the first part number in the first post again, no it won't fit i was getting the asv and asz engine mixed up.
