I read somewhere that blanking off / removing the egr valve would help the vRS keep making its power, as it is no longer re-cycling exhaust gasses.

How would this be done?

Has anyone tried it?

would it give any error codes?

according to my haynes manual the vRS doesn't have EGR!

i'm sure it says all engine codes except for AUQ in the manual.

i better check though. can anyone else confirm?
