Roomster Dance line out?

Featured Replies

Anyone know if the Dance unit has any line outs?

Also if it doesn't and I use a line converter, will it effect the output of the speakers?

Do you mean like Phono line outs?

There wernt any on my unit when I fitted the Autoleads phone adaptor kit.

Its a piece of cake to check, gently pull away the plastic surround and remove the 4 allen bolts and the unit is out.

Yeah, Ill give it the once over after tomorrow.

I have a small sub to stick under the seat to pad the sound out a bit and take some of the strain off the speakers and wanted to know if I needed a line convertor to sort it.

Decron, how did the sub upgrade go? :)

It was 4 years ago mate, he's got a Saab now :)

Thanks.

Anybody else know about this?

I read this in the manual for the Dance head unit:

danceamp.jpg

"External amplifier

If you have connected an external amplifier, you can choose between six

audio effects.

– Press the button and select with the station keys between the

offered audio effects:"

So the possibility should be there :)
