Approached a roundabout this morning van in right hand lane me in left, van did that fecking annoying thing when they cut the corner of their lane taking half of mine up, bibbed him, smashed my cuff link in half (it was a nice roulette wheel one) and cracked the face so can't repair it then scratched the Skoda badge on the steering wheel.

Is it easy to replace the steering wheel badge - I've seen some VRS centre badges but couldn't find much in the 'search'.

You don't remove the badge as it is bonded on to stop it coming off into your face when the airbag goes off.

Having had said airbag go off first hand I can assure you it isn't something you want to have coming at you at great speed.

If you have a search on here I think a fair few people have put stickers (soft) over the original badge to hide it.

if you can defo get a replacement its worth changing. i had a customers one that was hammered somehow. i took it off to find its actually part of the airbag and almost had to order a new airbag!!

luckily we found them a replacement airbag from another car. last time i pull one of those off!!
