I am just purchasing a Laurin and Klement Octavia estate from a local dealer.

I have read a great deal on this forum about poor dealer service.

Naturally i do not wish to get any member sued by a dealer but any factual experiences would be helpful.

At one time I worked in the retail motor industry and can certainly detect the difference between good and bad service but would much prefer not to put it to the test. If anyone has knowledge of a "good" dealer in the Portsmouth/Southampton area

There are good and bad in all areas, just find one the suits your needs

I prefer to use Sparshatts of Chichester for servicing & repairs but Sparshatts of Fareham for sales.
