Is it possible to swap bulbs with the headlight in situ? If not whats the best way. I havent had the chance to have a nose under the bonnet yet.

The halogen bulbs are easy to swap in situ. You need to remove the black cover on the back of the headlight, just unclip one end and it comes off. The bulb is held in by a wire spring clamp. Just be careful not to touch the glass of the bulb.

I've found they're all pretty easy to change, although the passenger side access is restricted because of the battery location.

Remember to do what I do and make sure you remove any jewellery, rings, watches with metal straps etc. before working under the bonnet on anything whether it be electrical or not. Safety first and all that.
