The speech mark and @ buttons are wrong way round. the @ symbol is produced by pressing shift and 2 and the " is shift and ' key, how can i get them back the same way round? ive tried the keyboard setting on control pad and nothing there.

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > languages > Details > Make sure keyboard is set to UK layout
