Is there away to make a Octavia Vrs make the chatter sound using a recirculating dump valve.

But junking the VAG ECU and going aftermarket will LOL

If you can eventually make it make the chatter sound, that means it's not connected properly

The chatter is usually the wastegate not the dump valve iirc

And it ain't healthy for your car if it does it so I am led to belive

its not the wastegate either.

Its the air coming back through the inlet tract and hitting the compressor blades and that makes the noise.

Alot depends on the size of the turbo and the shaft.

a T34 Garrett turbo is usually fine.
