I thinking of spraying the fascia that surrounds the radio and climate controls glossy black. The intention is to match the glossy 'piano' finish on other parts of the fascia on my L&K. I would then install some of the chromium switch rings mentioned in another post. However I'm not sure whether I'd ever get a finish close enough to the original glossy areas. The other alternative is to replace the radio surround with a silver vrs version.

As always, I'd be grateful for comments.

I've got the silver version in my L&K and it looks miles better than the bog standard black plastic surround.

I'm thinking of ordering a spare plastic surround to try and replicate the gloss surround, careful application of lacquer required :eek:
