shox and springs

Featured Replies

:thumbup:Hi first post. Have an octy vrs 02 suspension a bit sloppy/bouncy, tired shocks. I have been putting off changing for a while,(too cold outside!) but now under no stress its broke a spring 0/s front as well.:thumbdwn:I would appreciate any advice on a new set up. New front springs and all round shox from andrew paige(motor factor) approx £240 plus the vat. Fancy a uprated set all round but dont want to go too low or lose the ride comfort. Dont mind a firmer ride though but not enough to make fillings fall out:P

Any suggestions appreciated, but budget not enormous. Dont want to sound thick but coil overs apart from looking smart what is the major benefit of them. Cheers:rolleyes:

If you use the search button at the top, this has been covered many, many times.

i've just gone for KW Sports springs and dampers as I couldn't afford the coilovers, i'm now glad I didnt buy the coilovers.
