17" wheels!

Featured Replies

I have a set of 17" Radius R3 alloy with 215/40/17 tyres on I think and am wondering whether these will go onto my Fabia. I can't find any details on these wheels on the web to find out offsets, etc, to see if they match what I need, so I thought I'd try on here :D

Chris

if they are 5x100 et 30-38 then yes

if as i suspect they are scoob wheels and are et47-49 you should be able to run 10mm spacers and then they will fit. (with longer bolts.)

Thanks Paul - should the ET be marked on the wheels anywhere so I can confirm that?

Chris

prob.

usually on the back of a spoke.

Tyres arent ideal but they should fit without too much hassle.

215 wide tyres may be fun with the traditional TDI economy... :D 205s are bad enough for me.

if you look at the back of the wheels where the bolt holes are there should be the offset and stud pattern details printed in the wheel.

you might also be better changing the tyres to 205 40/R17's as well.
