one was wondering tho is there an easier way of gettin the front bumper off than doing it the haynes way? im putting them next to the headlights n had a we go on sunday an the bumper just wouldnt shift.plus the bolts etc which hold it on are while rusty.

the spoiler will be coming off also after some drunk in a car park fell on perc n ripped it off from one side.

is the removal of the steering wheel a tough job? got an omp one fromm years ago of a mate but it just looks cool so i wana get it on

As for the bumper try to clean the bolts and spray on penetrating oil, and let it work in. I have had bolts snap on a favorit I removed bumpers from to keep as spares. If it's the same as the favorit with the holes at the wheel arch bit where you have to stick a spanner or something in, those are the most difficult to do, but if you can undo one, and loosen the other, and have all the other bolts off, you can hopefully hold the bumper level and away from the car and with your other hand on the side still on the car, firmly tap it forward on the corner and it should come off. Same applies for front and back. That's the only shortcut I know. If penetrating oil does not work you can buy freeze spray which is supposed to contract the bolt, and make it so you can release it. I have seen this stuff in Halfords and Wilco Motosave.

Bear in mind that this is *if* it is the same fixing method as the Favorit which the felicia is based on.

Should a bolt snap, I presume you can drill it out and use a longer bolt with a nut behind it, rather than going to the trouble of threading the hole and using a helicoil or whatever they are.

As for the steering wheel you will probably need a boss adapter thingy for your car and the wheel itself.

To remove bumpers seems quite simple i have to do some myself when i get my body kit for my car.

open the bonet, remove the front panel

locate to screws from the bumper their is 2, next to the headlights

theirs 2 more nuts underneath the car which secure teh center of the bumper and there is also 1 under each archon some mount :)

as for the rear, their is a cover over the top nuts remove the cover loosen them, underneath theire are a few more near the spare securing the base of the bumper.

and your done :)
