Elite Car Care

Scotch 3434 Automotive Masking Tape :)

It's quite low tack adhesive masking tape.

I got some from the same supplier on ebay.

True:thumbup:

We use the SCOTCH 3M Blue Masking Tape 3434 at work because it's not supposed to peel in the paint booth.

To be honest with you i prefere the normal 3M masking tape, it's a lot easier to work with and it's alot cheaper.

Do the more normal 3M masking tape have a number Westy, or can you post a link to some? Thanks.

I use the 3434 at the moment too, but agree it's a bit pricey! I had heard about a B&Q alternative that was supposed to be as good, but at less cost. Not got round to tracking it down yet though.

Steve

I wouldnt recommend any DIY tape. we bought some when 3M was on back order.

I could have stuck it better with bubble gum.

I think its 3M Scotch 2214 masking tape. I'll double check tomorrow.

It's about £16 for a box of 36
