Rear badges for an older Skoda :D (Favorit)

Featured Replies

Here's the current rear badges.

I picked up these off ebay for 50p each, seemed like a good idea at the time. They're the old school Favorit Badges for the MkI I think (this is MkII).

So I've double sided taped them up. I know most of you guys are into de-badging, but since I have them I've been considering adding these to the tailgate somewhere.

The locations on MkI was Skoda on the left and Favorit on the right (along with something like 136LS etc). I think the MkI Estate version had "forman" instead though, so the Favorit badge would be technically inaccurate. I guess the best place would be somewhere centred between the outside badges and the centre badge as it would look a little less cluttered than putting them above the current ones maybe. Suppose I can use some selotape to see what the badges look like on :D

What you guys think? Guess it's probably a bad idea really :D should probably just store the badges :)

I certainly wouldn't put two sets of badges on the back, that would be far too cluttered. Personally I would leave just the centre Skoda badge but if you want to use the Mk1 badges remove the MK2 badges and put 'Skoda' on the left and 'Favorit' on the right.

Cool thanks for the photoshopping. I must admit I like the clean look of the first one. With the size of the badge I think this would be possible too. The "Favorit" badge on the car is bigger than the MkI one.

How about like this?

Also you could try colour coding the outer black part of the badge red.

Or how about copying the DeLorean DMC12 badge placement and put the Favorit MkI badge on the bonnet? :) Might work, will have to get some selotape out and a camera on a dry day to see what it looks like. :)
