After 5 years without a Skoda I have finally "seen sense" and gone out and bought a 2003 Superb.

My previous Skoda was a 90bhp Octavia Ambiente diesel hatch.

Being a caravanner needed a car a bit heavier than an Octavia so ended up with a Superb Elegance 130tdi.

This is a fully loaded model leather interior,Sat Nav, memory seats etc etc. Fell in love with it right away.

Pick it up Thursday can't wait.

Found this forum on a google search looked so good I had to register.

Anyone else aware of a droning sound? On journey home from the dealership I was soon aware of a muted but constant droning. This was in marked contrast to the 'drone-free' 1.1 DSG Kamiq which I'd had for the previous three years. I've had the Karoq now for a few months and, with the exception of the droning, I'm pleased. At this point I have a confession: Karoq test drive was exclusively in-town streets. Previous car was 1.1 Kamiq SE DSG. The three years with it had been a superb experienc

Hi! I'm in need of some help please. My Octavia estate sat for 8 months unused. The battery went flat (AGM Varta) and doesn't charge. I got the car started with a different battery and then swapped in the dead battery to see if it would start charging. BUT, now the engine was running I needed to move the car a bit and found that the gear stick won't go into reverse gear. It can select 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th but not reverse. I've ordered up a new AGM battery (due in a couple of days) but this reverse
