i had email from him about 10-20 mins ago i take it you are refuring to a 312 setup i had a text about half hour ago as well nothing to worry about just a few shipping probs by the looks of things. im not planing on fitting till next weekend as i wont have my coilovers till then

Apologies of this is the wrong place to ask... please feel free to send me in the direction of anywhere more appropriate.. My '72 plate Mk IV is just coming up to 80k miles. I can't find a service schedule for the car, but hear rumours of a 40k DSG oil change... Can anyone point me in the direction of service schedules, please? And, as a follow up, my local dealer doesn't seem to have a briliant reputation, and to be honest I'm half inclined to look for an independent anyway; where's the be

Hi, I've recently sold my MK2 and bought a MK3. I'm having issues with the exhaust gas getting into the coolant. I need to find out what is causing this. Is it likely to be the EGR or something more serious like a blown head gasket or a crack in the block? I've only had this car for 5 weeks so am looking to approach the dealer I bought it from. They only gave a 30 day warranty. They already had it in for a week and were supposed to repair this but they haven't done it.

Purely by accident I happened to catch the top Gear repeat on BBC3 last night where Mr Clarkson did his level best to destroy the then new Yeti, including landing a helicopter on the roof. He clearly came away very impressed with all aspects of the car and, after 13 years of owning mine (and neither trying to land a helicopter on the roof nor using it as a mobile tattoo studio) I have to say he wasn't wrong.
