Hi,

an unusual code has shown up on my radio.

The only 'problem' I have is that the GALA setting will not memorise but always reverts to 5 after powerdown. (this might even be normal)

The code is:

Control Module Part Number: 1U0 035 161 C

Component and/or Version: Radio GRO 0001

Software Coding: 00403

Work Shop Code: WSC 00000

Anybody know anything?

The coding setting that customises the radio to the car is wrong: Our Lupo did this as it wasn't set to include the CD player. You need to find the correct coding for your car and the options it has (try to find a workshop manual), and set the coding to that.
