Heaterplug waring light! HELP!!

Featured Replies

:confused:Hi all,

My vrs was in the dealers yesterday and told me the brake switch was faulty and it was causing the warning light to flash! so they replaced the switch (even though my brake lights worked!) and it didnt cure it! they said even ith vagcom they couldnt get the light to go out!

Any ideas much appreciated! Cheers all.

Theres every chance they broke the switch while fitting it, they are very fragile.

But if the switch was broken surely the lights would always be on?

the switch has to be fitted correctly , which can be a PITA , and if it is done wrong , another new switch should be fitted
