Naffed off!!

Featured Replies

I got my car back today, it has been at a local repair shop having the spoiler (clear coat had come off) and the front bumper (paint had started flaking) resprayed. It looks great but guess what I have gone and done now.....I have curbed one of my chuffing alloys  Does anyone know where I can get it sorted, it isn't to bad (just a little scratch on the outer edge) but needs sorting as I am a perfectionist

aww thats a bummer :( last month I curbed the hubby's 19" RS6 alloys on the golf whilst avoiding a stoopid little dog that the owner should have had on the leash. It was a little scratch right at the top of the wheel and I was well narked. Solution was to call my local chips away dealership who had been recommended to me by mother in law who is in the garage trade as they had repaired her S3 alloys the week before. The guy came out to the house on a Saturday morning - yet another bonus and charged me £40 to repair the wheel and has done an amazing job you cannot see a mark or evidence of repair. I would give the hotline a ring and find out who your local dealer is for this.

Thanks for that :D

Ahh.. My rear spoiler has become incredibly dull compared the roof panels and no amount of polish or waxing seems to help. Looks like i've got the same problem as you had!

Err.. sorry about the alloy:)

Sorry to hear of your alloy, hope you get sorted soon. I've got one to be touched up as I kerbed it 2 weeks after getting the car keys.
