Hello, and electrical troubles

Featured Replies

Dear all,

I drive a Felicia. Very few problems up to now. But I have encountered an electrical problem where I have trouble getting the lights (side lights and head lights on). They seem to come on but when I release my finger from the button on the dash, they don't stay on. A clicking from the fusebox seems to suggest a fuse or wiring problem but surely if it was the fuse, they wouldn't come on period. Could it be the battery? I don't use the car that often these days, yet the battery was fully charged about a month ago. Any ideas would be welcome.

Cheers,

Hi and welcome!

I don't think it can be your battery. Two possible solutions come to mind: one simple (and slightly embarrasing):

If not, then I would suspect that your push button is broken, but there are other possibilities:

If this doesn't help you or you have more questions, post in the Felicia section!

dodgey switch i reckon
