Thought I would share these perfomance figures I have from February 2001 What Car Magazine road test on the Fabia 1.9 TDI ESTATE.

When I was looking at buying my hatchback I couldn't find any detailed figures like these (and still havent for the hatch) . . .

Max BHP = 100bhp @ 4,000 rpm

Max Torque = 176 lb/ft @ 1900 rpm

0-60 = 10.5

Max = 112

30-70 (through the gears) = 10.8

30-50 (in 3rd) = 4.6

30-50 (in 4th) = 7.1

30-50 (in 5th) = 12.5

50-70 (in 3rd) = 7.1

50-70 (in 4th) = 8.0

50-70 (in 5th) = 10.9

I've got one of those.
