new wipers

Featured Replies

okay so i got some new aero boshe wipers last month there fine in the rain but when its only spitting and when i want to just clear the grit and c**p off my screen the pass side is c**p i'm left with a 2" bit at the end where they just smear the c**p onto my screen i think its a bit too long as when its resting at the bottom it dosen't touch the screen at the end has anyone else had this problem and how do you remedy it i'm thinking of cutting down the blade by 1"

The curvature can be bent to suit - I've had to do this on all three cars to make sure they work OK and clear the entire screen!

Never had any problems with the OEM Golf MK IV arms fitted to the MK I Octy.

I'd check the blades are the right size.

think the sizes are 19"pass side and 21" for the drivers ,so i can just bend the end a bit skomaz

These blades do not fit Octavia 1s. Send them back. I've been told the Valeo ones are ok, but haven't tried them myself

what size do i need for the pass side 18" maybe on wiper blades.com they all say its a 19" for the pass side including the valeo ones

Yes the correct sizes are 19" and 21",i have the valeo ones and they are great, would have thought bosch would be the same.

The passenger one does not fit the curve of the screen, drivers one is fine. On a seperate note they also don't last long
