Ridiclious Garage

Featured Replies

My fabia went in 2 weeks ago today with a coolant problem. They said they would get looking at it on the thursday. When I rang them I was told it might be a weeks wait to get the part (a pipe) in. 1 week later I phoned them to find out how the progress with my car was going. I was told that they needed another pipe and it would either come on the friday, in which case it would be fixed on the saturday and back to me by that evening, or the monday, in which case I would have it today.

Bearing in mind I was told I would have my car today, I have had to ring them to get any infomation out of them. They didn't call me to say I wouldn't have the car today. Is it unreasonable that I want blood?

Its not, its a local garage, I was inclined to use it after reports from a friend that it was very good value for money.
