How to adjust "Stream" radio clock?

Featured Replies

Can someone help me understand how to change the time on the "Stream" radio?

The manual speaks of how to turn it off and on in the display, but doesn't seem to show how to change the time itself. Must be possible!!

Not possible on the Stream unit itself or any other Skoda HU for that matter. The clock can be changed on the MFD (Multi-function display) display and it will update the Stream clock aswell.

You adjust the clock on the MFD by turning the **** on the instrument cluster. Turn left to adjust hours and turn right to adjust minutes.

****=k N O B

****=k N O B

Exactly

Yes, the time on the dash is sent to the radio. Set the clock using the normal controls on the dashpod and the time on your radio will also be adjusted.

Am I the only one who thinks Skoda should have done this the other way around? I.e. use RDS time to set the dash clock automatically to the right time instead?

Thanks everyone! That did it. I think the RDS route sounds very logical. Maybe in the 09.

Probably just me being a muppet

But what sequence of buttons do I press on the radio just to get the point where I can set the clock!

Cheers

PS

It's a 57 plate Excellence

You don't need to do anything on the radio, it's not even possible to adjust the clock on the radio itself. And the radio doesn't need to be in any special state, just on.

The clock is set with the kn0b on the instrument cluster which also updates the clock of the radio. Turn the kn0b left to add hours and right to add minutes. The same kn0b what you use to reset the trip counter by pressing it.

Hope this clears it for you :)
