horrible brake noise

i had my octavia vrs rear calipers cleaned, due to trumpet noise when braking gently in reverse - after cleaning the noise is just as bad - any suggestions appreciated.:confused:

indeed. ours has just been fixed (for the last time i hope). Last time the weights were added, this time i believe it was new pads, all under warranty
