Furby air intake mods...

Featured Replies

Well my furby has all the air intake mods and the front scoop taped up so all the air goes into the filter box. Been thinking lately that we where lacking a little humpf so decided to check the air box and filter. The inside of the bottom half of the air box was really bad and the top half was pristine so , so far so good.... However the K+N had more dead flies on it than a dead fly thing!!! I know K+N work well when coated in dust but I dont think that flies count so have now cleaned the K+N and yep re-oiled from the dirty side only that way any over oiling the filter catches. Well post later as to performance gain. ;)

Did the same with my Green filter. Was also starting to feel a bit lacking, so whipped it out and found that it was filthy! It had gone from Green to Black. Haven't got any of the Green cleaning kit, so I just blew the dirt out at work and stuffed it back in. Made a fair bit of difference too! :D
