Opinions on this set up

Right.

I want to reduce the body roll on the car but I want to keep the ride quality so I want to avoid lowering and stiffening the springs. If I replace the stock ARB's with Eibach uprated ones and fit a front S3 strut brace set (thanks for the part nos Geoff) will this help?

Steve

I'm thinking along similar lines for a furby. The seat strut brace did a great job and I'm now thinking of att strut braces for the rear and lower front and a h+r arb. All the research seems to point to a much stiffer body, less roll but maybe a harsher ride.

Yes, is the simple answer.

Good is the simple retort :D

I supose if it doesn't help, I can then stick some coil overs on and it'll be even better!

Steve

Hmm, should handle just like mine then :D

But should leave the apex a wee bit quicker ;)

hi steve do you have price for that stuff? id be interested to see how it effects the car.

Now I would have no idea how this kind of thing would affect the handling as I do not own anything of the sort! ;)

Ah well. They won't fit a vRS. Looks like I'll have to go the lowering route.

IIRC you need to get parts from 2 kits ;)

I'll dig out the part numbers for you this evening :D
