Excellent Customer Service

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Just want to share my excellent customer service experiance with Chatham Skoda in edinburgh.

I took the car in to get the brake switch replaced under warrenty and I called them at 12 noon to get a update on the car.

The young lassie on the phone advised that the that car had been seen and part replaced under warrenty and that my car was getting a wash, I just expected a quick rinse from the garage to be honest, but when I arrived at 4.20pm, I was amazed to see the car sparkling.

Walked into the dealer and spoke to the mechanic who I know from school, Iain the salesman from Scottish Vag and finally the salesman who sold me the car in the first place.

He was asking if I wanted to buy another car!!

Finally after signing the warrenty paperwork I was finally handed my keys by Grace (the young lassie) and was told where my car was, got into the car and it had been hoovered and cleaned inside as well.

Just want to say thumbs up to the garage, prob the best after service I have experianced in owning 4 cars.

I've bought 4 cars from another big chain in scotland and never got that sort of customer experiance from them, it was more if a problem occured they would try and blanme you rather than fix it.

I had to do a double take when I saw the words Chatham and Good...............................

I f you know the Medway towns then you'll know what I mean...........................:P

Interesting, you must have given them a nice smile or something, they never hoovered my car last week... To be fair to them, they washed it (badly) though!

Never even paid lip service to my mention of the dreaded 'stutter' or numerous trim rattles either. Experience could definitely have been better for me.

sorry to hear that mate, Don't know what I done, but suppose I might get pants service next time I take car in.

Mine had a good body was on friday at the dealer, but they left the wheels. And no interior clean either. Grrrrrrr

Always found Chathams helpful, but wouldn't want them running my car through their carwash !!!!
