This morning, the engine management light was on. wa sok last night. on the way to work, the DPF light also came on. Any ideas??

Try skoda assistance if you've got it, to tow the car to nearest dealer.

Is it a derv VRS

If so they did have known issues which caused these sort of symptoms. Your dealer would be able to fix it though.

DPF light is caused because the DPF is clogging up, seems to be a common problem on the TDI vRS where the car is mostly driven round town. Take it to the dealer so they can manually trigger the regeneration cycle.

Try giving it a good blast if you can; you ought to get a few full throttle opportunities somewhere on the way home. :D

would you believe it. EML light gone off now. still taking it in though

mine did this i had code p0171 show it was a split in the house see my other thread anyhow since i fixed the split and reset codes all has been well in the world of vrswhite :thumbup:
