the passenger side washer sprayer is now shooting the water up in the air rather than on the windscreen

it was easy on my prev alfa to use a pin to clear and realign nozzle if necessary, but the octy has a slitlike aperture instead - any advice on how to clean/flush/unblock these?

You could try approaching the offending article with a blast from the local garage airline. Failing that, maybe a bit of the housewife's favourite cure-all would do - a little vinegar carefully dribbled onto the nozzle.

They are also very easy to re align with your fingers. Can just push the slit up or down to get the best angle.
