My dads just had a new battery fitted to his 2000 Fabia. Found the radio needed coding (didn't think it should have). Anyway put the code in and everything works alright until the ignition gets turned off. It then needs coding again. This happens every time we use the car. Whats wrong? Anyone any ideas please?

Being an early model the radio/cassette is model no. MS 202.
