After what seemed to be a long wait (6 weeks) I had my vRS delivered today!

It is a TDI Hatch in Race blue.

I know that you should test drive a car before purchasing but after looking on the net and knowing my budget it seemed to be a good idea just to order it.

Well it was delivered and I drove it about 2minutes later OH MY God!!

Yes I made the right decision.

Yes it’s the diesel but it just wants to go and go and go.

Fantastic car!!

I would highly recommend one.

The only people how take the mic are those unfortunate not to have driven one!!

Are there any modications to reduce the turbo lag?

Hello and welcome. An excellent choice you've made there. For best acceleration it will need to be in it's torque band. IIRC it starts at around 1900 rpm. Have it around there then put your foot down and hold on. Enjoy.
